Answers to our most common

Questions

Does everyone need to have a phone?

It is highly recommended that each team member has their own phone. This strengthens teamwork, as the responsibility to answer questions is shared among all members. The game becomes more engaging when everyone participates and contributes. Although it is possible to take part without a phone, this can diminish the sense of involvement and participants might miss out on discovering their assigned secret agent name. If someone doesn’t have a phone, it’s not a problem. They can simply borrow one, perhaps from a parent. The most important thing is that everyone enjoys the game and has fun.

How much time does a mission take?

Expect it to last approximately one hour, although this can vary depending on the players' experience with mobile devices and other factors. For younger children, there are fewer questions in the mission, so it typically progresses a bit faster. However, the size of the area used to set up the question stations does make a difference. Missions conducted indoors with QR codes are naturally quicker, as the distances between questions are shorter.

What's included in a mission?

Each mission features 6 to 8 image and video questions, tailored to the participants' age group. The questions are comprised of engaging and challenging tasks such as ciphers, tire tracks, shoe prints, DNA, and other exciting elements. Players tackle these tasks using their agent handbook, which is packed with hieroglyphs, signal flags, suspects' fingerprints, and more. Additionally, each mission includes 10 video clips featuring the agent-chief.

Which age group should I choose?

We categorize our missions into three age groups: 8-10 years and 10-12 years. If you have a mixed-age group of children and are unsure which mission to choose, we recommend opting for the younger age group. It's usually more fun when everyone can participate fully. Are you planning for a 10-year-old's birthday party? If many of the children are still 9, we suggest the missions for ages 8-10. However, if the children are 10 and accustomed to mobile games like Pokémon Go, the 10-12 year missions might be a better fit. Remember that most participants should be at least 10 years old. For children who have recently started using mobile phones, the missions designed for 8-10 years are preferable. For an 8-year-old's party where some children are still 7, it might be wise to wait until next year instead :)

  • SIMPLE

Quick and easy to start with the mission and the party. Our PartyAdmin provides a clear step-by-step guide, making planning a pain-free process. It’s super smooth to add participants and send out invitations, all in one flow.

  • FLEXIBLE

No need to book anything, you decide when and where to run the mission. Best played outdoors by easily placing question stations on a map in the nearest park or indoors with QR codes in case of bad weather.

  • PERSONAL

Far more personal than a conveyor-belt party at a bounce or laser venue. If you prefer not to have the kids at home, consider hosting a barbecue, inviting an ice cream truck, or a food truck if it’s a large gathering.
